Before retiring in January of 2013, J. Scott Vowell served as a Jefferson County Circuit Judge for eighteen years, ten of those as Jefferson County’s Presiding Circuit Judge. Upon retiring from the bench, J. Scott Vowell formed Vowell and Associates, LLC.
